I had a small leak from an old valve so I called Cartwrights and not even two hours later the technician Nick was at our door. Nick replaced the valve very quickly and also answered all of our questions. I don't feel like he tried to sell us anything we didn't need and overall very happy with the service!
I've used Cartwrights on quite a few occasions over the last 3-4 years. So much so that the same guy usually came out each time. They were always courteous. They know their stuff. They don't leave until they are convinced the problem is resolved (especially for clogged pipes.) Plumbing is expensive no matter how you slice it. But they fixed it! Will definitely call them again.
The technicians who arrived to fix my problem were punctual, efficient, and professional. I will definitely be calling Cartwrights again when I have plumbing issues.

The mechanic was polite.He did a wonderful job. He left no mess to be cleaned up. The mechanic explained and showed me how my new hot water heater operates. Bruce Jordon the service technician did a wonderful job. I am pleased with my hotwater heater and am sure I will have many years of good service from your product and any future service I receive from your company.

Came home from work one night and went to take a shower to find out my sewer was backing up. I found Cartwrights from google and figured I would give them a call. Even with it being 10 pm, they had a plumber named Jordan at my house in no time. He was very nice and professinal and gave me a fair price before even starting the job. They had to bring out a truck to jet my line which the manager drove it out and between them both got my drains working again! Very happy with the service, this company will be the only plumbers in my phone and I will let everyone one I can know about this company.

I can't not say enought about the service I received over the phone and in person from the service tech. Called last night, problem was fixed this morning. Every step of the process, from my initial phone call to the completion of the drain clearing was positive and professional.
Rob was very good at explaining everything he would repair and did a fine job in a relatively short amount of time. I would call again.
A plumber showed up within 20 minutes of my call - on a Sunday! I had a very messy sewer line backup which they cleaned up before I even had the chance. They were quick with the video inspection and found the problem within a few minutes. I have a very old and fragile cast iron sewer lateral which they took great care of when cabling to remove the blockage. I will definitely use them in the future!
YOU AND YOUR TECHNICIAN (MIKE S.) DID A VERY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL REPAIR ON MY SHOWER FAUCET. MIKE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT HE WOULD DO, WHAT IT WOULD COST AND AN ESTIMATE OF HOW LONG. THEN HE PROCEEDED TO PERFORM THE FIX IN SHORT ORDER AND CLEAN-UP THE AREA. MANY THANKS TO MIKE AND YOUR FINE COMPANY.

Henry #50 arrived quicker than expected - less than 30 minutes after I called for help - and it was Sunday morning! He was so polite and took care not to dirty anything - even work booties to protect my floors. Although my kitchen sink was really backed up - he had to snake it twice - he was completely finished in under 30 minutes! Plus he was so respectful - he cleaned up the sink and floor before he left. Henry, you are terrific. I hope I never have another backed up kitchen sink but if I do, Henry, you're the one I want to come and fix it. Thank you again.
I was very pleased with Cartwrights. I had an emergency on Sunday afternoon, and they sent someone to my houses immediately, and it didn't cost an arm and leg for a Sunday afternoon call. Glen, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I am very satisfied, and I will use your company again. Highly recommend!
I wanted to let you know that I had emergency service on a Sunday and Igwe Blount was my repairman. He was courteous and got the job done, although it was a complicated mess because the sewer had backed up. I wanted you to know that he was a professional and explained everything to me during the entire process. thanks
Cartwrights was the only plumbing company in the area that was able to serve the emegency plumbing needs. The tech was polite and able to diagnose the problem right away and within hours the problem was fixed.
I am writing this review to share my recent experience with your company. Before I proceed, I should minimally explain the methodology used to Cartwrights. I merely used randomly selection by picking up the Yellow Pages and noticed the 24hour service provided and decided to give select. After placing the call at approximately 1:30am Tuesday, January 20, 2015. I explained to the Cartwrights personnel what the nature of the bathroom problem was. They informed me that a plumber would arrive within the next 45 minutes.
When the he arrived to my residence he introduced himself and ask me to explain the problem. During this time, I showed him where the problem was occurring along with informing him the water off valve was located. After Bruce did his assessment of the water leakage problem, he quickly noted the type of labor and parts along with its costs for the repairs. Most important, Bruce explain exactly what he was doing and answered all of my questions concerning the water leakage. Keep in mind, Bruce was user-friendly and professional in his demeanor even in the wee hours of the morning. As a result, Bruce fixed the water leakage problem in the bathroom. Here is the real kicker to my story, approximately 15 minutes after Bruce departed my residence I did notice the hot water was not functioning. I immediately call Bruce, he turned back around and went into his troubleshooting mode. Within in a matter on a few minutes, Bruce noticed someone from the Fire Department turned off the hot water and rectified that instantaneously.
I was very pleased with the professional work provided by your plumber and the dispatcher who conducted a follow call after the work was completed and to my satisfaction. I can honestly say that based upon this experience, I will definitely recommend Cartwrights Plumbing to my family, friends, and colleagues. Job well done! Excellente!
Service was outstanding from the phone call to the completion of the job. The repair guy was courteous and explained the job from start to finish. Having used other plumbing companies in the past, Cartwrights will be who I choose to call when I need service again.
